Is the readiness call really free?
Yes, completely. It's how we learn whether we can genuinely help you, and how you learn whether we're the right fit. There's no obligation on either side. If we're not the right partner for your situation, we'll say so and point you in a better direction.
How soon can we start after the call?
If we're a good fit, most engagements begin within one to two weeks of the call, depending on scope and your team's availability. A readiness sprint usually comes first, so you get a prioritised plan before committing to a pilot or wider programme.
