How much does an engagement cost?

How long does a typical AI pilot take?

Pilots are deliberately small: one or two real workflows, tested with a small team. Most pilots show working results in weeks, not months. The exact timeline depends on the workflow you choose and your team's availability, and we agree on it together before we start.

Which tools do you work with?

The ones you already use. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and CRMs like Zoho. Our approach is to connect and improve your existing tools rather than force your team onto a new platform. New tools only come in when they clearly earn their place.

Will AI replace members of our team?

No. We set AI up to take the repetitive work off your team's plate, like drafting, summarising, and reporting, so people can spend more time on judgment, relationships, and decisions.
